Terms of Reservation and Rental
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. All deposit checks must be received 2 weeks prior to your stay with us. Balance is due on arrival. Payment by money orders, cash, or VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Sorry, no checks on arrival. For rooms, a 7-day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of your room deposit, minus a $10 handling fee; for efficiencies & apartments, a 3-week notice of cancellation is required for a refund minus a $25 handling fee. Check-in no earlier than 3pm; check-out no later than 11am for rooms, 10am for efficiencies & apartments. In consideration of the next guest coming into the unit, all cars must be removed from the lot at check-out time. Sorry, no pets, but kennels are located nearby.
